Once installed, open the app and select “New Session”. Compose your first playlist, set a personal target speed with the “Current TMS” setting. Press “Start”, get moving and enjoy your workout!
Customize and name your music playlists to suit your different workout routes. By setting a Leeway Time and Speed, you can also personalise the apps functionality to suit your different workouts.
Keep track of all of your sessions by viewing them in the “Statistics” menu of the app. You can view each sessions statistics individually for a completed session breakdown.
Vibration and Visual Forms of Feedback
The “Target Minimum Speed” (TMS) is the speed setting that you wish to keep above. Once you fall below your TMS setting, the application features will be activated in order to alert you of your current status.
